Therapeutic developments should be based on theoretical understanding cognitive models psychological process associated with stress-vulnerability model. incorporate role negative core beliefs, hypervigilance threat, scanning confirmatory evidence safety behavior. The current about reviewed regarding various methods low-intensity CBTp, different formats (e.g., individual or group), phase illness acute treatment-resistant) subjects. This review suggests that patients disease need derived more benefit from appropriate adjunctive CBTp.
